Birthday Cake Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:

1 Cup Almond Flour
1 1/2 Cups oatmeal (quick or rolled oats)
1/2 Cup Cane Sugar
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Cup Almond Milk
2 Egg Whites
2 Apple Sauce
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1 Cup of Blueberries

 

Instructions: 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl. Whisk all wet ingredients together. Combine and mix just until everything is moist. Fill cupcake tins 2/3 full and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
