Apple Pie Protein Balls


1 cup Peanut butter (thick & creamy, unsalted)
1/2 cup Vanilla Protein Powder 
1/2 cup Powdered Erythritol (to taste)
1 T. Oh My Spice Apple Pie
2 tsp Vanilla extract


Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Pulse ingredients until everything is well combined. Place mix in the freezer for 20 minutes. After chilling, it won't be as sticky so forming the protein balls is less messy. Use a spoon to grab a good amount of dough, then roll into balls. Store in airtight container and either store in refrigerator, or freeze to last longer.
