1 pound fresh brussel sprouts1 small red onion
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil or bacon fat
2 tablespoons Oh My Spice Maui Onion
Preheat oven to 400. Put the sprouts and onion in a large bowl, and toss with the EVOO and season well with Maui Onion.
Pour the sprouts onto a sheet pan lined with foil and roast in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Shake the pan occasionally to brown the vegetables evenly. Remove when tender and serve.
